After he studied law in Strasbourg where he wrote his doctoral thesis on the splitting of companies, Daniel FROESSEL has been a legal advisor for more than thirty years, including in a multinational company (Rhône Poulenc group). As a consequence, he deals with business law as well as with contract and competition law or inherent business risks, including insurance or environment.

He joined the Strasbourg Bar in 1994 and the law firm CAA in 2004.

He has been President of the French Association of Legal Advisors (Association Française des Juristes d'Entreprises, AFJE) and of the European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA). He is presently the President for the Alsatian section of the French Association of Doctors in Law (Association Française des Docteurs en Droit, AFDD) and a member of the International Bar Association.
