CAA JURIS EUROPAE was founded in Strasbourg (France) more than 70 years ago by Louis and Alice Bollecker and exists today as a limited liability company registered at the Bar of Strasburg. Today’s managing partners are the second and the third generation.
CAA is dedicated to provide top-tier legal services to businesses, taking in account our client’s goals and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and transparency.
After having merged with the law firm S+D CONSEILS specialised in tax and corporate law, the CAA created in 2002 a specialised department for complaints brought before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and regularly appears before this jurisdiction, especially in cases based on the first Additional Protocol.
As well as general practice of French law, the proficiencies of the CAA firm are more specifically focused towards commercial law, tax law, corporate law and law regarding European and international relations.
The firm, which has remained medium-sized to enable a personalised relation with the client, brings together experienced lawyers and associates, most of whom are bilingual.
Ideally situated between the District and Regional Courts, just minutes away from the city centre and close to parking areas, the firm’s historical base is in Strasbourg, a city hosting a number of European Institutions, notably the European Court of Human Rights and the Central Commission for Navigation of the Rhine, one of the oldest international jurisdiction.
